Is it bad to warm up your car in the mornings?

I tend to warm up my car for at least 10 minutes while I get ready. Is this bad for the Telluride's motor?

No, it's perfectly fine..if it was bad for your engine, I guarantee you manufacturers would never have come up with remote start.

Only down side is a slight drop In mpg. I warm up the car vs not doing it.
