I have been wanting to purchase the Telluride sinceI saw it in the lobby of Madison Square Garden last fall but am reluctant since this is the first year it was manufactured. I am worried that some major problems may arise which can happen to vehicles in their first year. I welcome your feedback. Thank you

I have had no problems with mine in 6 months and 10K miles.

Its been a year more or less since the first units shipped. Many of us have been tracking issues....aside from the occasional carping from someone with a specific problem, there are really only two issues to look out for, windshield fragility, and vibration at speed in AWD units. Vibration complaints seem to have calmed down, my AWD has never had that issue. As for windshields, IMO that's more a function of newer acoustic glass that all manufacturers are using vs a KIA supplier issue, zero deductible glass coverage is your friend.

Thank you to all that responded. I wonder if there will be any "deals" at the end of March or April considering what is happening now. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Probably not since the plant will be closing for a couple weeks, so inventory (supply) won't be increasing. Demand still seems to be high, but even if it decreases, I don't see it decreasing as quickly as supply. Some of these dealerships asking 10K over MSRP and have 40 on the lot might start dealing. It's a fluid sutuation right now. Rumors have it the 2021 might be coming out after this shutdown of the plant for 2 weeks, so there is a possibility.
