Remote start on key fob?

I have the 2021 Telluride with the remote start button on the FOB. The button is very small and hard to push. I can't push it hard enough to start the car.
The app SUCKS! It's horribly slow. It's not my internet connection. The salesman even told me the app is slow.

That's BS! My salesman even told me the app was slow, but "worth it". I completely disagree with it being the worth the cost.
