I'm in CA. First dealer Kia of Cerritos had a $13k markup, Kia of Glendale had a $10k markup. Got my SX AWD Prestige snow white pearl with black nappa leather at Kia of Irvince at MSRP. Ask for Farhad.
Kia of Carson has a $5k markup on all trims. Kia of Irvine and Garden Grove (Same Owner) are selling at MSRP.

It really is a shame that so many dealers are being shady here. After a lot of effort and not much progress, I finally found a positive dealer in Northern CA. I have been working with Andy Williams at Harper Kia which is located in Eureka, CA. This dealer honors Costco pricing which will allow you to buy your Telluride under MSRP and without any hassle as you can complete everything remotely. Let Andy know that Jeff sent you and you should get the same great service that I have.

Not to hijack the thread but what about leasing? Has anyone leased and how was your experience?

We're leasing but still waiting on our Telluride S to arrive. $3500 down and roughly about $490 a month.

$37355 before discounts on EX 2wd with tow package. I did get $1900 worth of additional manufacturer rebates for military and financing. My dealer was Roundtree Moore Kia in Lake City, FL. Ask to speak with Anton Avila (sales manager).

Had same experience with Kia of Cerritos. 5K mark up but then phantom footprints and some other garbage. If you looked at the dealer hold back, the invoice to MRSP profit and the 5k mark up, they are making over 8K on an EX. Nuts how is that working with a client?. Looks like I may have to call Farhad at Kia Irvine! Appreciate the post!

I just called Costco. The Telluride is not on their website. They said the car was not a part of their program yet and to check back in a few weeks????? Interested to know your deal worked out.

Same here, tried going through Costco and was told it wasn't available.

There is a separate thread for Costco that explains a little more about the Costco process and experience. The short version is it is available through Costco at some dealers. It just depends on what zip code you give them. You can ask them to search a wider area if you want. It also doesn't guarantee a deal. The dealers are the ones that actually set the price.

Got mine in Columbus Oh, drove from NC to keep from paying more than MSRP, got the $500 off sticker from Kia for taking certain financing options...
