Wondering if anyone else has had this issue yet where the natural spot where my elbow rests on the door sill near the window is already showing a permanent indentation. This is only after a few weeks. I would expect it after a few years but already ???

I need to show my husband this picture and tell him not to put his elbow there, he does the exact same.

That's the classic "driving in car on the open road with wind rushing through hair" position though. KIA thought of everything else, you'd think they would have thought of that and worked it out in the design.

This was a bad habit I used to do a lot, one time I lost my watch on the highway just from doing this. It was dark so I wasn’t able where it had dropped. After that no more.

The foam underneath gets heated sticks together then cooled by your arm. If you take it in, the dealer would run a hot air gun over it, but in the real world, the next really hot day and it should expand again. If it does not, then it is a quality control issue and you need to take it in. But for the most part, I have done a lot worst and a few hot days later you could not tell.
