Analog Gage Display Option?

Just got a 2023 Telluride EX this week. Both my wife and I would prefer to see an analog/round gage display for speed and tachometer, but I can't find any options to change it from the simple digital/numeric display.
Does anyone know if this is an option on the car?

I had the same question, but alas it doesn't. Seems it would be an easy firmware fix. My son has the LX 2022 (cheapest one) and he has a analog display. I have 2024 EX-X and only digital display.
