auto door lock fault

bought a 2023 telluride sx & since new the passenger automatic door lock/unlock is not working. took back to kia & after keeping the car for 4 days we were told not only could they not fix the problem but that kia had no plans to fix. i can’t even believe this is a thing i’m so pissed!! i am
so over kia!!!
