December 21 update 20 Telluride loses gps and nav periodically

Updated my 2020 Teluride in December with the latest update. Has anyone experienced the loss of the map and guidance while in use? We have experienced several times the map going black with a icon circle showing something is trying to update (light circles of dots). Map is black, the guidance stops and we cannot press the map or nav icon. Appears to be locked up. The system does reset once the car is stopped and the engine/power has been shut off. It doesn’t happen all the time, just periodically. I don’t know if we should re-download the software or not. It only seems to happen when we are using the nav feature which obviously having the map is pretty important. I have had to resort to using my phone for directions instead. Any help is appreciated.
