Engine stops shortly after remote start

When I do the remote start up with the key, the engine will stop running after about 45 seconds. Am I not doing something to make sure the engine keeps running while I'm still outside the car???

I have the same issue, and not sure if that's car feature/issue or mine. One key starts the car okay, another one gives issues and sometimes doesn't start the car period...

No doors opened, and the engine stops after about 45 seconds

Go into the Kia app and look to see what the remote start runtime is set to.
