Locking FOB in the Vehicle

Has anyone else been able to lock the key FOB in the vehicle? This has happened a couple of times now. I was never able to lock the FOB for my Sorento in the vehicle.

Only way you can do it is to use the other fob to lock 1 fob in the vehicle. We do that when the wife wants to lock her purse in the car.
