Navigation System Froze

I have a 2021 Telluride. The navigation system froze today; the digital display went black, and the navigation directional arrow/miles and speed limit on the heads up display froze. It reset after I turned the car off and restarted. Has anyone else experienced this?

same thing happened to my wife with our 21 Telluride about a month ago on a cold morning. It is going in for an oil change later in the week and I am going to ask about this. If they say anything I'll post here.
