Sunroof & UVO button issue.

I’m trying to help my FIL who just purchased a used 2020 Telluride SX with prestige package. He has an issue with the Sunroof buttons not working, as well as, the UVO buttons not working. None of them light up at night as well.

We’ve verified the two sunroof fuses are good and not sure what else we should check to try to resolve this issue.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Those buttons are suppose to illuminate at night. Since the lights don't work and none of the switches work, it's probably a loose connector somewhere up there...
