Uvo connected to the original owner ??

Dear Team,
I’ve bought a telluride 2020 in a bid manner and uvo is linked to the original owner, currently I’m in another country, how can reset or update the software that make me release the uvo to activate it with my id? And resolve to this issue

Do you have a local Kia/Hyundai dealer to get help from ? I'd imagine this would be a common issue and they'd know how to help.
