Winter tire size options

I have a set of 275/60R18 winter tires that I used for my previous car (2014 Mercedes GL). Would I be able to use these on my brand new 2021 Kia Telluride SX without any risks of direct (wheel well) or indirect (belt etc) damage? Or should I go thru the hassle of trading them for 245/60R18s?
