Try changing the battery. We had the same issue and they changed the battery. It didn't seem to have worked at first but I think you need to drive it for a few miles for it to come out of it.- Cyndi

We just purchased 2020 Kia telluride little over a week ago. 4 days in everything was going haywire dashboard stopped working wasn't accumulating miles, the shifter wouldn't display if it was in park or drive etc. the car was in factory mode we tested the battery and it tested fine.
