No! The interior door panel was shipped damaged to Kia garage so I have to wait 2-4 more weeks for that to be complete 🤦🏻‍♀️

More trips to the garage and finding rides to work over a brand new car though 🤯

So the Kia garage was able to fix the door today. It now opens and closes. But the new interior panel that was shipped is damaged and I was told I have to wait 2-4 weeks for a new one. Guess I will have to call corporate again 😖

No I gave up on that. Just driving my Telluride with a non-functioning front passenger door. Corporate didn’t offer anything.

Kia finally called me back Friday afternoon. Now the parts should be in next week instead of mid May which is a plus. They are replacing the latch and interior panel. He said the clips will be damaged in the process of taking door off, so that’s why interior door needs to be replaced. Two things...

Exactly!! I couldn’t agree more. I just wanted them to respond promptly. Customer service sucks anymore in this world.

I just filed a complaint with NHTSA also. Thanks for that info! Kia had a chance to call me back by now but they chose not to, so now I’m going this route too.

Kia still hasn’t called me back. I’m so upset. I’m driving to shore tomorrow and have to crawl over the driver seat to get to the passenger seat. This is so ridiculous. I realize they are busy, but apparently this is how their customer service works after paying $42k for a brand new car?!?! 😫
