The Hard Reset is a pinhole near the volume knob that you push with a pin for couple of seconds

Dealership did a hard reset which cleared it up. they tried a software update and would not take it and went back to green. They said it needs a new Head Unit. Can't wait to see how much this is going to cost. Warranty is only good for 3 years/36,000 miles
