Telluride Bulb Chart for lower trims
If you want bright red lights for tail and brake lights, you should replace with red LEDs; If you use white LEDs for the tail and brake lamps, you lose significant brightness because the lens filters out everything but the red wavelength, which with a white LED, isn't much.
