    Took it in and they did a reset. It appears to be working well now.

    We are having issues with our tailgate too. Latch releases but door doesn’t open. Have tried all three opening options with the same result. I followed the directions to reset the height that the door opens to but that didn’t help. Also not latching when closing.

    The rear hatch of our new Telluride is unlatching but not opening when any of the three opening options are used. I followed the instructions to set the height the door should open to but still only unlatching and not going up. Anyone else experiencing this? We have also had problems with it...
