I had a similar tray for my LR4. Agree that they are very effective in keeping the load area clean, but restricts 3rd row usage. This is why I like the Kia tri-fold mat as it does add some protection, and can be easily folded up. I don't know why WeatherTech or other brands don't make a more robust version.

I like the tri-fold design but to me it's too flimsy. I mostly have the third row down so this is perfect for me. Hopefully the mats will be released soon.

Yes, I wish it was more stiff, I also don't think it will hold up as well as a WT or other 3rd party mat in the long run. For me, I like the flexibility. I also keep a moving blanket folded up in the hatch and place it on top of the Kia tri-fold mat to keep it from flopping around when stored. I too am waiting to see what floor mat options arrive from WT and others. Tuxmat is already out for 8 passenger, not sure if it fits in 7 passenger SX 2nd row.

I just received the ToughPro cargo mat I ordered. I like it because it seems more durable than the Kia one, but isn’t rigid like the Weathertech one, so if I need the third row on the fly it’s not an issue. 1AF78C0A-191E-45FF-9990-FDB1C9F3D558.jpeg 23EA474A-555E-4D43-9754-4B5B603D10A3.jpeg 1EDD7639-C998-4DCD-AA9E-849917125718.jpeg

I got a cheapy Walmart roll up cargo mat that actually fit well with the third row down and allows me to roll it up easily if need be. Not my ideal solution, I would like the folding KIA one at some point but haven't been in a rush to pick it up since the cheap one is doing pretty well so far. I can't believe the pricing for KIA accessories. I don't recall them being so expensive for my Sorento.

Are you able to post a picture(s) so we can see how it looks?

Because of your pics I will definitely purchase thank you so much! You answered my question regarding how it would look when the third row is up which is most of the time

Just ordered mine. Thanks for posting. The WT is much nicer than the Kia design I currently have. Sad to be excited over a cargo mat.
