Who's your sales person? I worked with Helen initially but she's now in management so I was passed onto someone else - can't think of his name offhand. I haven't seen the order in failcat. I try not to think about it because it's just torture otherwise.

I spoke with my dealer yesterday. They are not anticipating the release of the 23 models until later this fall. So, if mine arrives in the next month I'm going to have a 22 model.

Are you sending emails directly to KIA instead of your dealer for updates? If so, are they able to identify your order in the queue?

I'm past 4 mos since I ordered my telluride. I was told that 6 mos was likely the worst case scenario. Yesterday I checked-in with my dealer and was told that the current production rate could mean that it would take a full 9 mos to fulfill my order. Anyone else hearing their delivery...
