My 2023 Telluride is locked with all windows and doors closed, nothing inside. Hours after getting home the alarm kept going off. What is going on? What can we do to deactivate it?

Is that the backseat occupant alarm - it thinks something is left in your car?
Try disabling it in your settings and see if it helps.
