No 120VAC in either outlet

I have got no 120VAC in either outlet.
40A Inverter fuse is good
7.5A Module 2 fuse is good

With a standard plug in AC checker I get 'Open Ground'?

Any thoughts or a trip to the dealer

Shoot, may need to be more specific! No 120VAC!

The vehicle needs to be ON (engine running or in READY mode) for the AC outlets to work. The outlets shut off shortly after the vehicle is turned off (typically within about 30 seconds, or immediately when a door is opened).

You looked at both fuse box right, one in the engine and one behind the panel? I would start by checking every fuse behind the panel first.

Yes, I checked the fuses 'supposed' to be associated with the inverter,
can't hurt to check them all, thanks.

I agree checking all the fuses it going to be much cheaper than taking it down to the dealer.
