Can a Kia dealer add the towing package if it was not installed at the factory? If installed by dealer, is it the same as factory installed package?

Has Kia resumed US production of Telluride yet? The Georgia plant was scheduled to reopen on May 4 but have not seen any confirmation. When production restarts, about how long does it take for dealers to receive new inventory?

What are the pros/cons of 18" vs 20" wheels on Kia Telluride? Am going to test drive both versions at Kia dealer after COVID restrictions lifted. In the meantime, thought this might be a good place to get information/opinions.
