    According to this site, https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/ The Telluride's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: Class 1D: 5,001 - 6,000 lb (2,268 - 2,722 kg), so it's right at the minimum. I would probably consult an accountant to be sure.

    That's the Key fob not in car warning which you can't disable. If you want to leave the engine on you can start it via the app.
