2021 Kia telluride Forward collision light issue

Like clockwork after the car has been driving for about 5 minutes some warning lights for the forward collision and lane departure trigger and the functions don’t work. Mind you, before they trip the forward collision warning system works. We’ve taken it to the dealership twice only for them to think they’ve solved the issue (because they don’t see the lights when the car turns on). Anyone experience this?
