Damage estimate - Construction / uneven curb damage

Hey fellas.

I 23 EX

I ran into a section of curb that was under construction. Clearly both tires are toast.

Couple questions:
1. Any idea what the rims run?
2. Will the additional Zurich insurance help at all?
3. Any other communication advice?

Thoughts on total cost?
