ECM software upgrade

1 week after the ECM update, engine runs rough and now cooling fan will not shut off after shutting engine off. Kills / drains battery. other than taking it to a service center, what have we had to deal with?

What MY ?
If the car isn't running correctly after the update, take it back to the dealer & have them fix it.
Haven't had the upgrade done to either one yet, I want to get the ECM part #'s for both 1st.
TSB lists 2 ECM part #'s, one needs the upgrade, the other doesn't..

Did you get your issues fixed? Im on hold scheduling the update and have concerns about it affecting performance in other modes like the Sports mode, etc. When im in traffic or on the interstate and need quick response, I dont want hesitation.

have you tried disconnecting the battery terminal for about 15 minutes to see if the issue goes away? If that doesnt work I would suggest going back to the dealer in case the reflash wasnt completed properly.
