Touch screen repeating characters for “0” and “p”

I was inputting an address into the NAV on 2024 telluride. When I entered the character for the number 0 it repeatedly typed the character until it reached the end of the line on the right side of touch screen. Also had this same behavior with the P character but to a lesser extent.
