Touch-up for scratches on the paint?

I'm not sure how this happened, but on the drivers side rear door there are some fine scratches in the paint, and its very visible.
What's the best way to touch up these scratches? Any suggestions would be appreciated. My Telluride is the gunmetal grey, so the scratches are quite visible.

A quality body shop should be able to remove scratches, provided they are not too deep..

I've had some good luck with meguiars scratch x on fine scratches. They key is to not use alot of pressure when trying to buff out the scratches.

I second Meguiar's ScratchX and Mothers Scratch Remover also works well.
