Hello all. I ordered my Telluride on Dec. 16, 2021. I was told it would arrive in 12-16 weeks. Well, here we are at the 24 week mark and no Telluride. I contacted my salesman who informed me that they had received their last set of 2022 models and that all Tellurides from this point forward would be 2023 models. He states that Kia is in the process of switching everything over with the ordering process and line production. Has anyone heard of this mode4l switch yet? Thanks!!!

I spoke to a dealership GM Saturday and was told that the production of the 2023's will start in September with them hitting the dealerships probably in October. I ordered mine 2/15/22 and was told 3-4 months, but after talking to the GM Saturday (differnt dealership than we ordered from), he said it's always been a 6-8 month wait at his location. I asked if I might be switched and was told that I am right on the bubble. Not sure if that helps any.

I found this on failcat.
The scraper is now readied for the 2023 model year!
What does this mean?

It means once they start producing the data, it will just show up because they've already coded for the new model and trims.

I tried to order an SX Presitge (2023) today with a trailer hitch and load leveling suspension and was told they don't have any and can't order any. Not sure what this issue is but your long lead times and my issues certainly seem to indicate Kia's having some production problems.
