Hi there,

I wanted to post an update that I contacted MapNsoft and they are going to release a fix for this as I was able to prove that their update broke/removed this option. They are targeting Oct 2020 for a new patch update to get this feature back.

If you know of any other features missing/not working after the update, please post them here and update their support team.

how do you change the order on the saved radio stations? Mine defaults to numerical. Love my Telluride but this is the dumbest system for saving radio stations. What’s wrong with the standard of holding down the preset number where you want to save it?

Every version of the infotainment system for the last several years has not allowed for reorderability of radio presets.

The April 2022 navigation system update, however, has reintroduced the ability to reorder presets and gives you the ability to save 40 of them (instead of 24). It also removed the questionable Nixie tube radio interface.

Do the update if you haven’t already.

I downloaded the update at this link - https://update.kia.com/US/EN/updateGuide/01. When trying t open on my Mac I got a message saying “NavigationUpdaterInstaller” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."

Is this the proper download or is there another place to get it? Anybody else have this problem?

The exact page you linked walks you through what to do to open the program since it isn’t signed to macOS’ liking.
