Saw one at the car show and it looked fairly destroyed. How are they holding for you folks?

900 miles, just noticed that my front passenger seat has 2 places that are coming unstitched at a seam. Haven't checked the rest, YET!

I test drove an ex a couple weeks after they came out and there was a tiny rip on the 3rd from pushing it down to the ground I believe. The ex I ended up getting later seems to be good far. I’ve had my ex just under a month now.

Not huge, but better to get it documented now. Took it to my Kia Dealership and they took pictures and said they would submit it to Kia warranty today and should hear something back within 24 hours. I'll update then. Picture: front passenger seat bottom.

I agree its much better to document that now before it gets any worst. Still something I wouldn't expect to happen from a brand new premium car. Thanks for sharing.

I just put a deposit down on a S Trim with black "leatherette." I originally really wanted the grey, but I was convinced that the black was a better choice because over time it will wear better and not appear as dirty.

This is why I got the extra protection for the interior.

I'm trying to figure out if I got the leather. Should be getting my EX in a couple of days. The test drive car, an EX, seemed more like leatherette or maybe even a vinyl. I'm wondering if the USA EX trim has the leather and the Canadian the leatherette? Any T-ride EXer's out there absolutely certain they have leather?
