No - asked that specific question of the Kia VP of customer service - she specifically said it does not include changing to 7-pin. Now - it might be worth an ask at the dealer to see if there might be some savings if doing at the same time... Just a thought...

Just installed mine... my extra large hands required taking the glove box out... wasn't a big deal... Instructions Attached Video shows how it works... Would it be nicer to have take-over, certainly; but I can like with having to restart as a trade-off for no wire splicing...

No noise increase... 3 times out with it over routes traveled previously... appears 2 mpg increase; but, could be other conditions. Only time and more miles will tell for sure. Not having to buy a oem every 7500 is the real benefit...

Yes... got it... doesn't have the little locking tabs, but fits snuggly that the locks are not needed. Out of stock already - wow...
