    Tow capacity question

Sean - Those DOT weigh stations do not apply to a travel trailer like ours (don't think they apply to private vehicles at all), so we do not have to stop in them. If you are curious about your rig weight, Cat Scale (shown in the KYD video) has an app you can download on your phone and link to...

    Tow capacity question

I have to agree with Worzel about the lighter trailer - ours is 3440 lbs dry. There are plenty of videos available to help you understand the aspects of safe towing. I posted the KYD "Payload Problems" video above which has a pretty thorough explanation on towing capacity and also provides a...

Gas mileage would naturally drop, especially with the increase in weight and I'm guessing increased drag from the popup to TT. Still, 15 mpg is pretty good. Our best mpg at a constant 65 mph was 13-13.5. I have not experienced the increased rpm as a constant. I am by no means an expert, but...

    Slow Nav Update

I just did the update to the Telle. Frankly, not a fan of the new set up. Not very intuitive and now all of my fuel milage, odometer, speedometer etc to metric and I cannot figure out how to change them back. Anyone know how to change them back? I'm not ready to go metric.

    Slow Nav Update

This is the link I used to get started - https://update.kia.com/US/EN/updateGuide/03. I have not updated my Telle yet, though.

    Slow Nav Update

I started the download and it was slow so I went to bed and hoped for the best. It was finished in the morning. I haven't loaded it to the car yet because I was not clear if it was limited to map updates, or would also change other menus. Has anyone loaded the updates? Do they do more than...

    Tow capacity question

Figuring out what you can safely tow takes a little research and understanding of the vehicle and trailer weights, payload and related terms and measures. We used a spreadsheet provided by YouTubers Keep Your Day Dream. I think this is the link to the episode- . You can download the...

It seemed to work fine. I was extremely pleased with the set up and the performance of the T. I was not familiar with self-leveling shocks before. Because the shocks do not level from the stationary hook up like airbags and this was our first time out, I checked periodically with a level and...

BORLA Exhaust for the 2020 Kia Telluride = Coming Soon!

Bought Borla and installed it last year. At idle and low rpm not really noticeable. Step on though, and it comes to life. Exhaust tips are very close match to original so you don't notice that it's there (main reason i didn't go with the Torx, which are round). Fun in Sport mode.

I posted this yesterday (first time), thinking I was posting here, but obviously not. Yes the T can tow. We have a 2020 SX, AWD with tow pkg and "adjustable shock" package. Had a Tekonsha P3 brake controller and 7-pin wiring professionally installed by our regular mechanic. We tow a 2021 (B)...

Owner of 2020 Telluride S, towing a small camper...or trying to!

Yes the T can tow. We have a 2020 SX, AWD with tow pkg and "adjustable shock" package. Had a Tekonsha P3 brake controller and 7-pin wiring professionally installed by our regular mechanic. We tow a 2021 (B) Winnebago Micro Minnie 1700FB. It's a tandem 2500 lb axle with dry weight of 3340 lbs...
