Easy exit on 2027 Telluride (Hybrid SPX X-Line)

I can't seem to get the Easy Exit to work right. The seat goes back a very small amount, down a little, and in fact, the back pushes in rather than back. I've tried lots of variations, I've reset the driver seat (by moving it all the way forward and all the way back). I've tried various seating configurations. Basically, I can't get the seat to move back enough so I can comfortably get out and then back in. Anyone encountered this issue with the 27's? I have contacted the dealership but have not heard back. i will push them harder tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas. Thanks.
