So I attempted to update my Navi pre April 2025 (it was actually Nov 2024) and during the install the car died and then this message was onscreen below. I attempted to disconnect the battery for like 10 minutes to see if that would help and nothing. Tried plugging in the USB but it just thinks it is at the latest and there is no software to be found to update. I took it to the dealer back then in 2024 and they said they resolved it. As I drove off the message popped back up. Didn't have time to deal with it then so I just let it go as it wasn't the end of the world.
Any thoughts here? I am going to take it to a different dealer and see if they can resolve it as well but would like to see if this has happened to anyone else.
