    Kia Telluride Issues

    As a first-time Kia customer, this lind of shit really pisses me off. Nobody is perfect and things DO happen, but it's HOW you deal with those things that determine how I feel about a company, and if this is how Kia treats customers, I would be hesitant to do business with them again.

    So, how do you feel they compare, having now owned both? I was very close to getting a new Ascent, but the Telluride ended up being less expensive, (and I really liked it better).

    In the event of a total loss, your insurance company will pay out what they determine the value of the vehicle to be. If you owe more than that, there is a "gap", that you are responsible for. This is where GAP insurance comes in.

    GAP was included in my lease. Personally, I would recommend GAP to anyone buying/leasing a vehicle unless you're putting a lot down and your LTV (loan-to-value) ratio is very low.     Would have gotten the Ascent Touring if it was a little less money. We like it a lot. Wife loved it. But the Telluride allowed me to lower my payment. I love it, so far. Atlas was nice, but not as nice as the Kia.

    Hello! Just got my EX Telluride AWD on Saturday. Love it so far! Just wondering about the weather app on the screen. Mine just says "loading weather" or something like that, but it never actually loads. Can't find anything in the manual. How do I make this work? Thanks! Eric
