Dealer installed hitch with 7 pin harness on 2021 Telluride.

I see. Now I wonder if they’ll consider putting the same harness for the 2020s. I don’t really see why not. I called and the harness itself was around $190, just not sure of the labor.

Dealer installed hitch with 7 pin harness on 2021 Telluride.

So now I wonder if this’ll work with the 2020s.. I don’t see why not tho? OP, I just wanna make sure that all parts and labor cost $900? And that your 2021 KT didn’t come with any towing package at all?

    Simplest 7-Pin Trailer Connector Conversion

Oh, right. I was basically referring to any KT’s that already has the towing package (with the 4 flat connector already in place).

    Simplest 7-Pin Trailer Connector Conversion

Hey guys, So, after a bit of reading, I think I may have found the simplest way to convert our 4-pin connector to a 7-pin, and tow trailers with automatic brakes. You’ll need this for the actual conversion: https://www.etrailer.com/faq-etbc7.aspx Then this as you’re wireless brake controller...

My take on Dark Moss Green

Hey, I did the HID myself. Everything is pretty much plug and play. You just need to cut a hole that’s about an inch in diameter on the headlight assembly cap/lid, to run wires on and out. Below is the kit I used, with a 5500K bulb...

My take on Dark Moss Green

If you look right by the hitch, there’s a 4 pin plug on the Telly. The lights I bought plugs on it directly. Heres the one I got: https://www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-LED-Brake-Trailer-Receiver/dp/B01N22FCI7/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?keywords=ijdmtoy+tow+hitch+led&qid=1577398665&sr=8-2

My take on Dark Moss Green

There wasn’t any big difference coming from 245/60 to 255/50. I think the ride comparability is almost the same. With the tow hitch light, I got it from Amazon. It’s made by iJDMToy or something alike. It’s a 4 pin so plug and play on the Telly.

My take on Dark Moss Green

As far as future plans, I want the OEM running board/side stepper and some type of fog lights like that of the SX (since I couldn’t afford one 😭). I’ll update this thread once any of the two happens. 😊

My take on Dark Moss Green

Since then, I’ve been loving owning this thing. For the past couple months, here’s what I’ve done in order: Upgraded from Halogen Bulbs to full HID Kit Changed the emblems and de-badged both front and rear Match the tint on the front windows Got a set of Vossen Wheels Installed tow hitch LED...
