I’ve got a 2020 Telluride that have had for a little over a year now. Just recently I started having issues with my Apple CarPlay. When I connect a phone via lightning cable I’m only hearing music from the two front speakers, and nothing else. It sounds really bad and there’s zero bass.
I’ve had some luck getting it to work properly by unplugging the phone, shutting the vehicle off and opening the door. However, this trick isn’t working anymore.
I’ve tried multiple cables and both my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone and it’s always the same.
Thankfully the GPS apps still work whenever this happen, so there’s at least one positive.
Does this sound like a issue with the headunit?
