Just picked up a 2023 Telluride SX-Premium. Figured since it came from a Ford dealer, it could probably do with a firmware/map update.
I fired up the Windows version of the updater (already have it for my Sorento) and selected Telluride, and it advised that the 2026.04 release was ON_PE.USA.S5W_M.V014.010.250818
Fine. Tried to update. Found this already installed on the Telluride head unit
ON_PE.USA.S5W_M.V014.011.251120
and is says the head was updated on 5 Feb 2026 ( I guess by previous owner? Perhaps OTA? )
FWIW, the Active subscription appears to have expired, and that's why I'm using the online PC updater app.
Needless to say, the update failed since what was loaded on the head was more recent than what I'd received from the updater and dumped onto a 64GB thumb drive.
So what's the most recent anyone else has for this?
The 010.250818 build to be the same for the widescreen setup on 2023-2025 models, so anyone with one of those, feel free to pipe up.
