2020 telluride, I have replaced the headlights 5 times already, and the high beams don’t work at all. Any reason?

What Trim package assuming not SX?

So with that being said they all use a single filament bulb with mechanical curtains so bulbs alone will not correct and likely taking it in to the dealer would be best

I had same issue 2020 Telluride S 2 WD No Bright Lights for months. Several trips to local dealer and they finally replaced both headlight assemblies. Problem solved!!!
