Listen to: incoming texts plays the entire phone as a value

So I get hear 1 billion, 919 million, five hundred fifty five thousand, etc....
Can I stop this from happening?

Create a contact name for that phone number in your phone.

Thanks, but that isn't the solution. I only gets texts from people in my contact list.
