System changed Mph to Kph - how to reverse?

Wife took car to doctor and during the trip the system switched from Mph to Kph.
Manual says speed metric should show up on drop down menu but it’s not there. Not even funny as all navigation, driving function is measured by this. Any serious suggestions?
