My windshield fluid tank is full but my nozzle won’t spray any water out.
tried a small needle to see if it was clogged but nothing changed.
it sprits a little out but not even close enough to clean the windshield.

If the dealer detailed it before they sold it to you it could be clogged with wax or polish. I would just take it to the dealer and have them replace the nozzle.

I got the car in March and has had a couple of car washes since, this just popped up last week But never got an alarm on the screen saying it’s empty like I have before.
Still think they’ll take care of this under warranty?

That is a warranty item.

Yea, make sure the tank isn't empty first. If you're close to the dealer, they can top it off for you. when winter time hits I fill my vehicles with the rain-x stuff, won't freeze like that blue stuff does.
