The manual (section 4), features and functions guide (page 13), and several videos I've found online all show it possible to not only reset the service reminder (by holding in the 'OK' key for five seconds), but also the ability in that same menu (User Settings | Service Mode ...) to disable the service reminder and/or change the length of the service interval. Neither of these options appear in my car. I've tried it with then engine running with the doors closed and the engine in Park, and also just in the 'on' mode (double tap the start button, but the engine doesn't start). See pics below.
Has anyone else had this issue?
