Has anybody had a problem lowering the spare tire? Mine will not lower more than 2" and will not go back up. Thanks

We had a flat couple of weeks ago. We used the UVO button, the guy who finally came (after 2 hours) had no trouble lowering the spare all the way to the floor. Try using that wrench and some elbow grease.
