program vehicle cameras to record even vehicle is turned off

Is there any way to program my telluride to record from all the cameras a video of car surroundings even my card is turned-off?

I have been on these forums for about a year and I have never seen someone state that it could be done. I think there would be a huge amount of buzz about it. So I would assume that it is not something you can do...not easily anyways.

You can’t even record when the engine is ON, let alone when it is OFF. You’ll need to get a front/back dash cam that can record when engine is OFF instead.
