Snow tire vibration

For some unknown reason my Telly is vibrating at 105km. The tires have been balanced 3x now and the problem persists. These are Michelin snows purchased at Costco with Costco rims are were fine until this season. What's up with this problem? Summer tires ran great all summer but as soon as the snows went on .... VIBRATION. Going back to Costco again for a more thorough tire and rim inspection and after that Telly is going back to the dealership for a fishing expedition. At $130/hr I absolutely detest taking my vehicle into the dealer while they fiddle around looking for a solution to a problem they don't acknowledge.
