Tire Questions (OEMs going and replacement ones)

1. First question. The OEMs are down to 4/32 and 3/32 after only 30K miles. Is there a warranty through Michelin I should be aware of?

2. Any recommendations on replacement. Looking at Scorpion AS+3 and Michelien CrossClimate2.
